Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling online sales inquiries, generating leads, communicating with customers through calls/emails, and converting leads into business opportunities through platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Generate leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and online platforms
  • Explain products/services to customers
  • Send quotations and product details to clients
  • Follow up with customers and close sales
  • Maintain customer relationships for repeat business
  • Update sales records and daily reports
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
  • Experience in B2B sales or telesales preferred
