Senior Advisor – Role at Clove Dental

Definition: Senior Advisors are an extension of Clinic Team. Ortho & Implant cases converted by them are counted in Clinic revenue & OMC. Clinic doctors are also eligible for conversion incentives.

ROLE OF SR ADVISORPrimary Objective of Sr Advisor:

1. To increase earnings through SST bookings
2. To assist CH in making quicker conversions
3. After conversion, handover patient to parent clinic

Revenue Earned:

1. Revenue will belong to parent clinic
2. Clinic doctors will be eligible for conversion incentive & OMC on revenue

Patient Calling & Conversion:

1. Sr. Advisors will reach out with patients to:

Convert for SST treatment

• Address queries related to treatment, cost, process & promotional offers

1. Entering PRM Notes of all conversations

ROLE OF CH / RESIDENTExpectation from Clinic Head:

1. Maximum TP Leads should be made
2. Detailed history taking and expectations of patient to be captured in PRM
3. Share all TPs with Senior Advisors on fourth day (Day+4)

Clinic Work & Documentation:

1. Scan to be completed if possible
2. Chief Complaint & work related to Chief Complaint to be captured
3. Other treatments needed to be shown to patient on cameras / scan
4. Clearly mention conversation/ discussion with the patient about Awareness / Price / Discounts & Other points if any
