Insurance Agent/Advisor

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent/Advisor to help clients identify their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies. The role involves generating leads, building relationships, and providing financial protection solutions through various insurance products.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans (life, health, motor, etc.)
• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients
• Assist clients with policy selection, documentation, and application process
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and cross-selling
• Meet sales targets and performance goals
• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes
• Provide after-sales service and handle customer queries or claims support
