As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative business and system integration services to clients, ensuring that their needs are effectively translated into practical technology solutions. The role requires active engagement in discussions around transformation initiatives and the customer journey, while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to design functional and application solutions. This position demands a focus on aligning technology with business requirements to deliver seamless integration outcomes that support client objectives and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions across diverse platforms.
- Ability to work with various middleware and API management tools to enable seamless connectivity.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex integration issues and optimizing system performance.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end integration projects.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support continuous delivery.

Additional Information:
