Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their goals, preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
• Design Conceptualization: Create floor plans, 2D/3D layouts, and mood boards using industry-standard software.
• Material Sourcing: Select and source materials, furniture, lighting, wall finishes, and plumbing fixtures that match the design concept.
• Project Management: Develop project timelines, estimate costs, and manage budgeting to prevent overruns.
• Site Supervision: Inspect construction and installation sites to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
