Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drawing

• Develop detailed 2D layouts, floor plans, and working drawings using AutoCAD
• Create accurate furniture layouts, electrical layouts, and false ceiling plans
• Produce high-quality 3D visualisations using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent to present concepts to clients
• Ensure all drawings are execution-ready with precise dimensions and specifications

Client Interaction

• Interact confidently with clients to understand requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences
• Present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D renders clearly and compellingly
• Incorporate client feedback efficiently while maintaining design integrity
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project

Coordination

• Coordinate with project management and execution teams to ensure designs are implemented as planned
• Provide timely drawing revisions and respond to site queries without delay
• Stay updated on materials, finishes, and product innovations relevant to interior design

What We Are Looking For

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in residential interior design
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD — clean, accurate, execution-ready drawings are non-negotiable
• Solid experience with SketchUp and/or Enscape for 3D visualization
• Confident in client-facing interactions — ability to present ideas clearly and handle feedback professionally
• Sharp eye for aesthetics combined with strong technical accuracy
• Knowledge of materials, laminates, hardware, and modular systems is a strong advantage
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
