Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting clients’ locations, taking measurements, providing product quotations, and converting leads into satisfied customers. You will play a key role in driving business growth by offering tailored iron furniture solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients’ locations to understand their interior needs, take accurate measurements for iron wall cupboards, modular kitchens, and other iron furniture products.
- Provide detailed quotations based on client requirements and product offerings.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products, explaining features, benefits, and customization options.
- Follow up with potential clients, answer their queries, and build strong relationships to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure client requirements are accurately met.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and track lead progress using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on the latest product trends, design innovations, and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge.
- Ensure timely delivery of quotes and follow through until the product is delivered and installed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or furniture industry.
- Strong understanding of modular kitchens, wall cupboards, and custom iron furniture.
- Ability to take precise measurements and work with technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
