Job Description: Site Engineer Department: Modular Kitchen Section: Engineering Reporting Manager: Modular Kitchen / Vertical Head Direct Reports: [to be mapped] Job Summary: The Site Engineer is tasked with overseeing project execution to ensure timely completion, minimal material wastage, and high client satisfaction. Their responsibilities include managing site activities, coordinating with various teams, and addressing any issues that mayarise during the construction process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Drawings Verification: o Utilize AutoCAD andFusion to verify project drawings for accuracy and compliance with specifications. 2. Site Inspection: o Conductregular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards. 3. Quotation Preparation: o Preparedetailed project quotations based on approved drawings and specifications. 4. Approval Coordination: o Obtainnecessary approvals from management and clients before initiating project execution. 5. Project Execution: o Overseeall aspects of project execution, including procurement, resource allocation, and scheduling. 6. Client Interaction: o Maintainregular communication with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. 7. VendorSupervision: o Supervise internal and external vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines. 8. ManpowerManagement: o Allocate manpowerresources effectively, manage onsite teams, and coordinate with subcontractors. 9. Logistics Coordination: o Coordinatewith thewarehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials to the site. 10. Site Activity Monitoring: o Monitorandtrack all site activities, including construction progress, material usage, and work quality. 11. Customer Service:o Provideexcellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly. 12. Sales Support: o Assistthe sales team by providing technical support, attending client meetings, and participating in sales presentations. 13. Software Management: o Updateprojectdetails, milestones, and progress reports in the enterprise software system. o Note:- Additional responsibilities can be added if required by Management.
