Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to manage residential and commercial interior projects.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling site execution, coordinating with vendors and workers, maintaining quality, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day interior site execution.

Coordinate and manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling and flooring teams.

Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.

Ensure work is executed according to drawings and design specifications.

Check measurements and maintain high-quality workmanship.

Prepare daily work schedules and monitor progress.

Report daily site updates with photos and videos.

Coordinate with clients, architects, and project managers.

Ensure site cleanliness and safety.

Resolve on-site issues and complete projects within the scheduled timeline.

Requirements

2– years of experience in interior site supervision.

Experience in residential interior projects is preferred.

Strong knowledge of modular furniture, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and finishing works.

Ability to handle multiple vendors and labour teams.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Skills

Ability to read interior drawings.

Material planning and quantity checking.

Vendor negotiation and labour management.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting.
