Interior Site Supervisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage residential and commercial interior projects on-site. The candidate should be capable of handling site execution, coordinating with vendors and labor teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day interior site execution activities.Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, and other vendors.Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and designs.Monitor project timelines and maintain work progress.Handle material planning, checking, and site stock management.Maintain quality standards and finishing details at site.Coordinate with clients, designers, and project managers.Prepare daily site progress reports and updates.Ensure proper safety practices at site.Resolve on-site execution issues effectively.RequirementsDiploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in interior site supervision.Good knowledge of modular furniture, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.Ability to read drawings and execute accordingly.Good communication and team coordination skills.Must be willing to travel between project sites if required.Preferred SkillsSite handling and labor managementMaterial estimation knowledgeClient coordinationVendor managementAttention to detail and quality finishing.
