Job Description
Handle inbound customer calls and chat interactions professionally.
Assist customers with taxi bookings, trip modifications, cancellations, fare-related queries, and general support.
Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous resolutions to customer issues.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and communication guidelines.
Ensure compliance with process standards and data confidentiality.
