Inventory Management Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage stock operations for our premium saree showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory control, smooth inward and outward stock flow, and effective coordination with sales and purchasing teams to maintain optimum product availability.

🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of saree inventory including silk, cotton, designer, bridal, and handloom collections.

• Handle stock inward, outward, transfers, and returns.
• Verify purchase bills with physical stock and update systems regularly.
• Label, tag, and organize sarees by category, price, color, and style.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and share reports with management.
• Prevent stock loss, damage, and mismatches.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and suppliers for stock planning.
• Maintain inventory using Excel / ERP / POS software.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

🔹 Required Skills & QualificationsExperience as an Inventory Executive / Store Keeper / Stock Manager (Retail preferred).

• Knowledge of retail inventory systems and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of SKUs.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Graduate / Diploma preferred.
• Experience in textile or fashion retail is a plus.
