• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

• Experienced candidates may also apply; however, experience should be related to US IT Recruitment or US Non-IT Recruitment.
• Roles & Responsibilities
• IT Recruiter
• Source and identify candidates through job portals and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Non-IT Recruiter
• Source and recruit candidates for non-technical positions.
• Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct preliminary screening and interview coordination.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment documentation.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Research Analysts
• Basic computer and system knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Note :

For Female it will be Day shift

For Male it will be a Night Shift

Sat & Sun will be Week off.

Salary will be based on interview performance, skills, and overall suitability for the role.
