The individual actively supports the lifecycle of infrastructure service management, addressing any issues that arise to maintain client satisfaction. Coordination with various teams and stakeholders is essential to manage risks associated with service delivery, ensuring that production environments operate without disruption and meet organizational standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery processes.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the documentation and implementation of best practices for infrastructure management.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and processes.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management within IT infrastructure.
- Ability to analyze and resolve infrastructure-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system availability.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
