About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Connectivity Services to lead the global strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise connectivity and network security services. This role is responsible for designing and governing next-generation networking and security platforms including SD-WAN, SASE/SSE (Zscaler ZIA & ZPA), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewall environments across enterprise, cloud, IT/OT, and industrial networks. The role will drive secure, scalable, and highly resilient connectivity across global operations while enabling digital transformation, cloud adoption, and IT/OT convergence. It requires strong leadership in architecture governance, service reliability, cybersecurity integration, vendor management, and operational excellence across complex multi-vendor environments. 

Your responsibilities

• Define and own global connectivity and network security strategy aligned with digital, cloud, and IT/OT transformation roadmap.  
• Lead enterprise architecture for SD-WAN, SASE/SSE (Zscaler ZIA & ZPA), ZTNA, hybrid Cloud networking, and secure connectivity services.  
• Develop multi-year roadmap for network modernization, security convergence, and IT/OT evolution.  
• Establish and govern global standards, reference architectures, and security design principles for connectivity services.  
• Own and manage SD-WAN (Silver Peak), global internet breakout, and VPN replacement strategies.  
• Architect and manage Palo Alto NGFW environments including IT/OT zones, iDMZ, B2B VPN, and cloud security integration.  
• Manage firewall ecosystems including Panorama, Strata Cloud Manager (SCM), and Strata Logging Service (SLS).  
• Ensure consistent enforcement of security policies across internet, SaaS, cloud, and 
enterprise applications.  
• Lead IT/OT convergence strategy including industrial segmentation, secure connectivity, iDMZ, and IoT/OT device security.  
• Implement Zero Trust principles including identity-based access, least privilege, and secure segmentation across networks.  
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance of global connectivity and security platforms.  
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex 
network/security issues.  
• Drive automation, orchestration, and AIOps adoption across connectivity and security operations.  
• Maintain architecture documentation, governance standards, and operational reporting for leadership.  IT&D Senior Manager, Connectivity Services 
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement firewall policies, threat prevention, encryption, and secure access controls.  
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security frameworks, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.  
• Manage vulnerability remediation and continuous security posture improvements.  
• Lead vendor management and governance for Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks, SD-WAN providers, ISPs, and managed service partners.  
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, manufacturing, and business stakeholders for solution delivery.  
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies such as AI-driven security, SASE evolution, IoT security, and edge computing. 

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.  
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise networking, network security, or infrastructure architecture roles, with significant leadership exposure.  
• Strong hands-on and architectural expertise in SD-WAN (preferably Silver Peak), SASE, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).  
• Extensive experience with Zscaler SSE platforms including ZIA (Internet Access) and ZPA (Private Access).  
• Deep expertise in Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), Panorama, Strata Cloud Manager (SCM), and Strata Logging Service (SLS).  
• Strong understanding of enterprise network design including WAN, internet breakout, B2B VPN, and hybrid cloud connectivity.  
• Proven experience in IT/OT convergence, industrial network segmentation, and iDMZ architecture.  
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles including Zero Trust, least privilege access, and network segmentation.  
• Experience managing large-scale, global, multi-vendor network and security ecosystems.  
• Strong experience in service governance, incident management, and operational excellence in enterprise environments.  
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.  
• Strong ability to drive transformation, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in complex global environments.
