Java Project Technical Lead with 5+ years exp

Java 11+, Spring Boot
AWS(Ec2, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, ALB…)
Terraform , Rest APIs, Rest Clients
API authentication and authorization(oAuth, ADFS, JWT, App2App)
Microservices(12 factor Apps, API Gateway, Bounded Context)
Data base - SQL/NO SQL( preferred Oracle/Cassandra/DynamoDB/MangoDB)
Have Strong Agile experience

Nice to have: -> Kafka/SQS/SNS/Message Streaming services

Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, Data Lake, Data processing, strong understanding of Authentication & Authorization at different layers of Data processing, good understanding of distributed data processing using any of the popular open source frameworks like Apache Spark or Flink or Beam

Strong understanding of APIs and API patterns. Design and implement APIs from scratch to accelerate the data processing

Majority of the code bases are written in Java and some parts in Python. Having strong working knowledge in Java is mandatory for this role

Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or breakdown technical problems

Implements scalable cloud native software solutions using modern technology stacks to deliver highly available, performant, and resilient products.

Create scalable APIs to support the platform services offering using Java/Springboot

Process Skills:
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
Outstanding written/verbal communication skills with experience distilling and presenting complex quantitative analysis

Interpersonal Skills:
Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams.
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.
Must be able to work under own initiative with limited guidance from team manager due to the fast pace and high-volume of work managed by the team.
Able to talk to client directly and report to client/offshore.
Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch.
