Job Description
Store Manager:
• Supervising daily showroom activities.
• Managing sales team, cash, billing, stock, and customer service.
• Ensuring security and quality handling of one-gram gold & silver jewellery.
• Achieving sales targets and maintaining store performance reports.
• Coordinating with Operations Head and Accountant for audits.
Stores Operational Manager:
• Overseeing all store operations of one-gram gold & silver jewellery outlets.
• Ensuring compliance in stock management, pricing, billing, and customer service.
• Setting sales targets and monitoring store performance.
• Conducting audits and coordinating with HR, Accounts, and Store Managers.
• Supervising launch of new stores and product lineups.
• Implementing operational SOPs across all branches.
