Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting transactions in Zoho Books.
  • Record purchase and sales invoices.
  • Handle payment entries, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare GST-related data and support tax filings.
  • Generate financial reports and MIS.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for month-end closing.
  • RequirementsHands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
