Job Description:

We are looking for a Jr. Design Associate who will support our Interior Design and Drafting teams in executing design projects efficiently. This role involves coordination, Basic drafting, and documentation. Candidates will undergo a structured 3-month training program in AutoCAD and Architectural Design standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate closely with Interior Designers and Drafting team for project execution
• Assist in preparing AutoCAD drawings as per design requirements
• Understand design inputs and convert them into clear technical drawings
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
• Support in reviewing drawings and ensuring clarity and completeness
• Follow company standards and workflows for design execution
• Communicate effectively within the team to ensure smooth project progress

Skills:

• Basic understanding of Interior Design / Architecture (preferred)
• Willingness to learn AutoCAD and drafting skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and documentation skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow in the design field

Qualification:

• B.Com/ BBA-Degree/ B.A: Any Specialization/ B.Sc: Any Specialization 

Eligibility criteria:

• Year Graduated: 2025 & 2026
• Percentage: Above 70%
