Job Description
Reporting To: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
✅ Process invoices, payments, receipts, and vouchers
✅ Perform bank and cash reconciliations
✅ Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities
✅ Support preparation of MIS reports and financial statements
✅ Maintain vendor and customer accounts
✅ Assist during internal and statutory audits
✅ Coordinate with billing and operations teams for accurate financial records
✅ Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
Required Skills:
✔ Basic knowledge of Accounting, GST, and TDS
✔ Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
✔ Good analytical and numerical skills
✔ Attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
