Job SummaryPillar Story is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants, conducting site visits, and ensuring designs comply with applicable standards and client requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of architectural concepts, designs, and presentations.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
• Support project documentation, including working drawings and construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure project integration.
• Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring project progress.
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in obtaining approvals and permits from relevant authorities.
• Participate in client meetings and project discussions as required.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, building regulations, and design standards.
• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar design software.
• Good knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and sustainable design practices.
• Basic understanding of project management and site execution.
