*Job Description:*

We are seeking a skilled and reliable LAPTOP Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for PART TO PART REPLACEMENT and DIAGNOSING systems. The technician will work closely with our clients to ensure their units are functioning efficiently and effectively.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Install OS conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.

. Perform routine maintenance on existing LAPTOPS to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

3. Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems, including identifying and replacing faulty components.

. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns promptly.

. Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance tasks, and repairs performed.

. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in systems.

*Requirements:*

1. Proven experience as an LAPTOP Service Technician or a similar role.

3. Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot LAPTOP system issues effectively.

. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Languages:*

Proficiency in and Telugu languages is preferred to effectively communicate with clients who speak these languages.

*Working Schedule:*

Monday to Saturday, with flexibility for occasional overtime or emergency service calls.
