Legal Manager-CREDIT CARD-Hardship Assistance Unit

- Responsible for managing legal aspects related to credit card hardship assistance. - Oversee legal compliance and regulatory requirements within the hardship assistance unit. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure legal risks are mitigated in credit card hardship cases. - Provide expert legal advice and support to the credit card department. - Handle documentation and legal proceedings related to credit card hardship assistance. - Work closely with stakeholders to resolve credit card customer issues from a legal perspective. - Ensure adherence to company policies and external legal frameworks. - Manage and guide junior legal staff or external legal resources if applicable. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting credit card services. - Support the organization in minimizing legal exposure and enhancing compliance.
