As a Large Language Model Developer, your typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. You will focus on enhancing the model's ability to understand and generate contextually relevant responses, ensuring that the outputs align closely with the intended use cases. This role requires continuous experimentation and adjustment to improve the model's performance and applicability across various scenarios, contributing to the advancement of intelligent language processing systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document methodologies and results to support knowledge sharing and future development.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with model fine-tuning techniques and domain adaptation strategies.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and architectures.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods relevant to language models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
