Job Description
A Loan Backend Processor is responsible for handling loan application documentation, verification, data entry, coordination with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth processing of customer loan files from submission to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify customer loan documents.
- Check application forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Upload and maintain customer data in CRM or bank portals.
- Coordinate with sales executives, customers, and bank officials.
- Track loan application status and update customers regularly.
- Ensure compliance with bank and company policies.
- Handle login, sanction, disbursement, and file closure processes.
- Maintain proper records and MIS reports.
- Follow up for pending documents and approvals.
