Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Module Lead with a strong background in Mainframe IMS System Programming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery management process, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of Mainframe systems and the ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of projects within the Mainframe IMS environment, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize strong Mainframe IMS System Programming knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary.
• Develop and implement best practices for delivery management, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Mainframe IMS System Programming.
• Proven experience in delivery management within a technical environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• IMS DB, DB2, Enterprise COBOL mandatory

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Knowledge of other Mainframe technologies and programming languages.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• CICD, Devops, CICS, Informan/Changeman/Endevor, Devops

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management or Mainframe technologies are a plus.
