Job Description
AMC & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations Coordinator / Operations Engineer
ABOUT Company
Company is a structured security solutions company specializing in CCTV, Boom Barriers, Access Control and Solar Fencing solutions for gated communities, villas, residential and commercial projects.
ROLE PURPOSE
Complete scheduled preventive maintenance of customer security systems, identify potential problems before breakdown and ensure systems remain reliable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attend scheduled AMC and preventive-maintenance visits.
• Maintain approximately 300 CCTV cameras per month.
• Maintain approximately 10 boom barriers per month.
• Maintain approximately 10 biometric / access-control devices per month.
• Check system health, recording, power, connectivity and physical condition.
• Follow product-wise preventive-maintenance checklists.
• Identify and report risks before breakdown.
• Upload photos, checklists and reports in Zoho FSM.
• Inform customers about identified issues and pending corrective work.
• Support urgent service calls when assigned.
• Maintain tools, testing equipment and material records.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
• ITI / Diploma Preferred.
• 10th / Intermediate candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
• Fresher to 3 Years Experience.
• Basic CCTV, Electrical and Cabling Knowledge.
• Basic Boom Barrier and Biometric Knowledge Preferred.
• Comfortable With Field Work and Travel Across Hyderabad.
• Smartphone and Mobile-App Knowledge.
• Positive Attitude, Discipline and Learning Mindset.
WORKING MODEL
• Field-Based Role.
• Technicians Normally Travel Directly to Assigned Sites.
• Daily Office Reporting Is Not Required Unless Instructed.
• Sunday Is the Normal Weekly Off.
• Public Holidays Apply as per Company Policy.
• Rotational Support May Be Required for SLA-Critical Complaints.
• Petrol Reimbursement at ₹3 Per Eligible KM.
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
• Complete Monthly AMC Schedule on Time.
• Maintain Approximately 300 Cameras Per Month.
• Maintain Approximately 10 Boom Barriers Per Month.
• Maintain Approximately 10 Biometric / Access-Control Devices Per Month.
