Job Description

Manager Business Intelligence

Provides leadership and oversight to the Business Intelligence group. Leverages software and services to transform data into actionable insights to inform the organization's strategic and tactical business decisions. Collects, integrates, analyzes and presents information including from internal and external sources, developing insightful historic, current and predictive views of Business Intelligence.

Oversees activity of professional Business Intelligence Analysts and teams.

Develops and builds mutually beneficial relationships with key operational decision-makers.

Works with business partners to understand objectives, priorities and process / system issues.

Designs and manages comprehensive research / evaluation initiatives.

Establishes overall work processes and priorities.

Estimates work effort and builds a business case and implementation schedule.

Ensures data and information are collected, stored and accessed as needed to support improved business decision making.

Builds dashboards and reporting documents for progress and status updates.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Typically has around 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence and typically 4+ years leadership experience.
Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
