About the Role:
Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise BI solutions, automation workflows, and data‑driven reporting. Drive decision‑making through strong expertise in data visualization, low‑code development, and ETL capabilities. Operate as a high‑impact individual contributor with strategic, technical, and transformation responsibilities.


Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • Drive transformation, standardization, and automation initiatives across International BPA processes.
  • Design and optimize Power BI dashboards, data models, and KPI frameworks using best practices.
  • Develop enterprise‑grade PowerApps solutions and automate workflows using the Power Platform.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Alteryx, Dataiku, or similar tools, support integration and data modernization initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and communicate insights clearly and confidently.

Essential Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of professional experience in Visualization, Automation, or Analytics.
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Data Science, Engineering, or MBA (Tier‑1 preferred).
  • Executive programs from IIT/IIM in Analytics, AI/ML are a plus.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI; PL‑300 certification preferred.
  • Solid ETL experience using Alteryx or Dataiku (certifications preferred).
  • Working knowledge of the Power Apps platform is a plus.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Excellent at transforming complex analytics into clear, compelling business stories.
  • Capable of working independently and taking full ownership of solutions from start to finish.
  • Strong project management abilities and adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
