Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategy and Planning Manager to join our strategy team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technology teams and senior management, delivering actionable insights through data analysis and effective communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of strategic and functional Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the Global Infrastructure organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and development by leading internal training programs and initiatives.
• Generate regular management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery, with a focus on key metrics for executive review.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and upper management, translating technical requirements into actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the organization.
• Develop and maintain financial plans and budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Create reports and presentations to keep leadership informed of progress and opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in Management Consulting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools, with the ability to create compelling visuals and narratives.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
