Job Description

We are currently hiring for 20 On-Field Marketing openings.

Freshers are welcome to apply and will initially be considered for a 6-month internship program. During the internship period, the role will be completely performance and target-based. Candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, consistent performance, and successful closures will be evaluated for a full-time opportunity.

Upon successful completion of the internship and based on performance, selected candidates will be offered:

  • CTC: ₹3.2 LPA
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives
  • Allowances: Travel and field allowances
  • Accommodation: Free quarters/stay facility for exceptionally high-performing candidates
