Job Description – Field Marketing Executive (Driver/Rider Acquisition) | Uber

We are hiring Field Marketing Executives to support driver (partner) onboarding and expansion activities. The role involves working on-ground to identify, approach, and onboard new drivers by explaining platform benefits and assisting with the registration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential drivers (auto, cab, bike)
  • Promote Uber services and explain earning opportunities
  • Assist with app installation and document verification
  • Conduct field visits at key locations like stands, fuel stations, etc.
  • Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month (fixed)
  • Incentives up to ₹2,000 based on performance

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Good communication skills and willingness to work in the field required
