Job Summary:

We are hiring MBA Finance graduates for a Marketing HR role, where candidates will handle recruitment, financial coordination, and marketing activities. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in HR + Finance + Marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (bulk hiring)

Source candidates through:

Job portals & databases

Conduct initial screening & interview coordination

Maintain candidate records and MIS reports

Assist in salary structuring & offer rollout

Work on basic financial analysis (cost per hire, hiring budgets)

Support marketing campaigns for hiring (digital & field)

Coordinate with internal teams for hiring targets

Requirements:

MBA in Finance (Mandatory)

Experienced (1+Years)

Good communication skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred)

Basic understanding of:

HR & Recruitment

Finance concepts (budgeting, salary structure)

Strong interest in marketing & operations

Skills Required:

Salary & Benefits:
