Job Description

  • Brand Positioning: Establish brand positioning, identify target audiences, and craft marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing programs across various digital and traditional channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO/SEM, and print).
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze customer insights, consumer behavior, and competitor data to refine strategies.
  • ROI Optimization: Manage and optimize the department's budget to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and product launches.
