What would you do? The Creation Designer is responsible for developing the creative dossiers and templates that form the foundation of our brand s visual communication. This role requires a strong understanding of brand calendars, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage and audit design materials for consistency and accuracy. Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.
What are we looking for? Proven experience in graphic design, layout systems, and brand implementation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems• Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture• You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management• You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments• Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others• In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts•Dossier Creation: Develop high-quality, brand-aligned dossiers and templates for use across various marketing and design initiatives, ensuring scalability and ease of adaptation. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with Zone & markets to align on creative needs, feedback, and approvals. Brand Calendar: Interpret and apply the brand calendar to proactively plan and prioritize design deliverables, ensuring creative assets are delivered on schedule and aligned with campaign timelines. Dossier Audit: Regularly review and update existing templates and dossiers to ensure alignment with current brand guidelines, technical requirements, and visual standards.
