Job Description
1. *Student Mentorship*
Guide students on AI tools + practical applications (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
Help them build real-world projects, not just theory
Track individual student progress and push accountability
2. Skill Development
Train students in:
AI + MS Office integration
Communication & presentation
Basic business & entrepreneurship thinking
Focus on output-based learning (projects, portfolios, results)
3. Lab Engagement (NxTGen Lab)
Conduct interactive sessions (not boring lectures)
Create a hands-on learning environment
Encourage experimentation and problem-solving
4. Career & Growth Guidance
Help students identify:
Career paths (Jobs / Freelancing / Startups)
Guide them in:
Resume building
Portfolio creation
Interview readiness
5. Execution & Reporting
Maintain:
Student performance data
Project progress reports
Coordinate with the humAn.AI core team
Required Skills
Must-Have
Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, basic AI workflows)
Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
Ability to engage and manage students
Good-to-Have
Knowledge of:
