Near Delight is building India’s first Zero Commission food ordering platform, helping restaurants keep 100% of their margins while customers get real menu prices.
This is a field-first, target-driven role where your performance directly impacts growth.
What You’ll Do
Merchant Acquisition
- Identify and onboard restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and food brands
- Pitch the Zero Commission model and close deals on-ground
- Own end-to-end onboarding (pitch → signup → go live)
Own Your Targets
- Hit daily / weekly / monthly onboarding goals
- Ensure merchants are live, active, and accepting orders
- Drive real growth, not just signups
Merchant Activation
- Help with menu upload, pricing, images, and setup
- Ensure smooth onboarding → activation → first orders
- Follow up until merchants are fully operational
Market Intelligence
- Share insights on competitors, pricing trends, and merchant challenges
- Be the eyes and ears of the market
Who Should Apply
- 0–3 years in sales / field marketing / merchant onboarding
- Background in food-tech / restaurants / FMCG / POS is a plus
- Strong communication (English + Hindi/local language)
- Comfortable with field work + targets
- Must have an Android smartphone
