Techxpert Facilities India Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced Multi Skilled Technician to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities across Electrical, AC, Plumbing, and Civil works. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day facility maintenance operations and ensuring smooth functioning of client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Attend breakdown complaints related to Electrical, AC, Plumbing, and Civil works.
• Perform routine inspection of building facilities and utility equipment.
• Maintenance of lighting systems, switches, sockets, DB panels, and electrical fixtures.
• Basic servicing and troubleshooting of Split AC, Window AC, and HVAC systems.
• Rectification of plumbing issues such as leakage, taps, flush systems, and pipelines.
• Minor civil and carpentry repair works as required.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within the prescribed timelines.
• Maintain service reports, logbooks, and maintenance records.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines while performing maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and site teams for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Fitter, Wireman, or related technical trade.
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Facility Management or Building Maintenance.
• Knowledge of Electrical, AC, Plumbing, and Civil maintenance activities.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
