Job Description
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment
Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required
Handle courier services and dispatches
Provide general administrative support to management and staff
Visiting to project locations during the project work execution
