Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms).
- Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist in dispatch and collection of documents, parcels, or materials.
- Support basic office maintenance tasks (arranging furniture, organizing supplies).
- Purchase office items like stationery, groceries, and pantry supplies when required.
- Help in loading/unloading materials (if needed).
- Ensure proper use and storage of office equipment and supplies.
- Assist staff with small day-to-day tasks.
- Required Skills:Basic reading and understanding ability.
- Good discipline and punctuality.
- Polite behavior and helpful attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions properly.
- Basic knowledge of office work is an advantage.
