Job Description:
WOWIDAYS is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing team performance, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader, target-oriented, and capable of achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team for maximum performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor team performance and track sales metrics regularly
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs
- Negotiate deals and close high-value sales
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for better customer experience
Requirements:
- 12th pass or above
- 6 months - any years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Immediate joiners preferred
