Operations Administrator

  • The Operations Administrator is a highly motivated, team-oriented individual who supports and maintains customer and process data within the CDK databases to ensure accuracy in all CDK applications. This role plays an integral part of the Operations team, ensuring the data is accurate, updated, and easily accessible for employees across the team. The primary function of the operations Administrator is to accurate processing transactions as part of defined business processes in timely manner with high level of accuracy. This position will work closely with team leaders or managers to review challenges and learn impact of potential process optimization.

  • Design, build, and deploy standardized SuccessPlays, tasks, and campaign templates within Totango to guide CSMs through key stages of the customer lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, business reviews, renewal).​

  • Create and maintain operational dashboards in Totango to help CSMs manage their book of business, daily tasks, andcustomer health.​

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the CS team for questions related to our processes and systems.​

  • Develop and maintain clear process documentation, internal knowledge base articles, and how-to guides for the CS team.

  • Assist with data hygiene projects to ensure customer information is accurate in our systems.​

  • Support the CS leadership team with ad-hoc reporting and data requests.​

  • Help configure and test new features or workflows within the CS tech stack
