This role requires ensuring that operational requirements and service agreements are consistently met, coordinating with various teams to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands proactive monitoring, timely issue resolution, and effective communication to uphold service quality and reliability throughout the production environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize operational workflows and improve service delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align operational goals with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within operational environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Capability to analyze operational data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
