Designation: Executive – Operations

Gender Preference: Male

Work Location: Hyderabad (Travel to other cities may be required depending on event location.)

Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

·        Prepare quotations

·        Coordinate with vendors

·        Coordinate with team members on delegation

·        Build and expand the vendor base

·        Maintain records of event costs

·        Contribute ideas for experiential events

·        Manage delivery and logistics of products to clients

·        Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required for events

Mandatory Skills:

·        MS Excel

·        Two-wheeler (Bike)

·        Valid Driving Licence

·        Basic English communication

Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Event Management Operations.

Preferred Industries : Hotel; Hospitality, Movie Set Productions,vent Management

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Joining Preference : Immediate joiners preferred.
