Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Catering Operations to oversee and manage food service operations across our educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, nutrition, service efficiency, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction for students, staff, and guests.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day catering and cafeteria operations within the institution.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of nutritious, hygienic, and quality meals.
• Supervise kitchen staff, catering teams, and service personnel.
• Monitor food safety standards and compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of food materials and kitchen supplies.
• Plan menus in consultation with management and nutrition guidelines.
• Control operational costs, wastage, and inventory management.
• Handle student and staff feedback regarding food services and implement improvements.
• Ensure smooth functioning during events, seminars, hostel dining, and special occasions.
• Maintain records related to stock, billing, inspections, and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits of kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and service quality.
