Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This role requires overseeing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless delivery. The individual sets and maintains platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while balancing business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical strategies with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the solution evolves effectively in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management and release management processes.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with monitoring and performance tuning of cloud applications.
- Competence in collaborating with vendors and internal teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
