Job Description
We are looking for skilled and dedicated Painters to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in home painting, PU (Duco) painting, spray painting, and decorative painting. The candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality finishing work while maintaining safety and cleanliness at the worksite.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer.
Paint interior and exterior walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and furniture.
Perform PU (Duco) painting on wooden furniture, cabinets, and doors.
Operate spray painting equipment for smooth and uniform finishes.
Execute decorative painting, textures, wall designs, and special finishes.
Mix paints and coatings to achieve the desired color and finish.
Protect surrounding surfaces before painting.
Repair damaged paintwork when required.
Maintain painting tools, spray guns, and equipment.
Follow safety guidelines and complete work within project timelines.
Required Skills
Knowledge of wall putty, primer, emulsion, enamel, PU (Duco), and texture painting.
Experience with spray painting equipment.
Good finishing and color-matching skills.
Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
No minimum educational qualification required.
Relevant experience in painting work is preferred.
Experience
1–5 years of experience in home painting, PU (Duco) painting, spray painting, or decorative painting.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Preferred Candidate
Experience in residential or commercial painting projects.
Physically fit and willing to work at different project sites.
