Location: Plot No. 7, Road No. 2, Banjara Hills (Next to LV Prasad Hospital)
Position: Experienced Lady Pastry Chef (R&D Trials) – Cakes, Desserts & Bakery
We are looking for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef who can lead R&D trials, develop new products aligned with Sokeri’s brand promise, and supervise daily production. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating new pastry items and understands how to iteratively experiment and fine‑tune ingredients and process parameters.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands‑on pastry trials for new cakes and desserts
- Develop innovative products consistent with Sokeri’s healthier‑dessert philosophy
- Supervise daily production and ensure every item meets Sokeri’s standards of taste and presentation
- Maintain hygiene, consistency, and quality across all processes
Requirements
- 3–10 years of pastry/bakery experience
- Strong R&D mindset with ability to experiment and refine recipes
- Good written & spoken English
- Fluent spoken Telugu
- Must live within 10 km of Banjara Hills or have easy commute
- Female candidates only (role requirement)
Work Timings: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM
Weekly Off: Any one weekday except Saturday, Sunday, or festival days
Compensation₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, based on skill and trial performance. Higher salary possible for exceptional candidates.
