We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and patient-focused Female Patient Counsellor to join our growing Pain Management Clinic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and treatment costs.

• Explain treatment plans in a clear, confident, and professional manner.

• Coordinate and collect required documents for insurance approvals and cashless claims.

• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment decisions, reports, and insurance status.

• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.

• Handle patient queries with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up databases.

• Work closely with doctors and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient care.

Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidate with excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

• Prior experience as a Patient Counsellor, Relationship Manager, Front Office Executive, Insurance Coordinator, Wellness Consultant, or similar role.

• Experience in Homeopathy Clinics, Wellness Centres, IVF Centres, Cosmetic Clinics, Dental Clinics, Physiotherapy Centres, Hospitals, or Healthcare Organizations will be preferred.

• Strong convincing and counselling abilities with a logical and ethical approach.

• Positive attitude, pleasing personality, and passion for helping patients.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented professional who enjoys interacting with people.
