Personal Secretary to CEO

Location: Home-Based | Hyderabad, Telangana

Training Base: Mangalore / Western Ghats Region, Karnataka (initial field immersion)

Travel: Extensive travel with CEO across Telangana and Pan India

Eligibility: Female Candidates Only

About This Role : Ayra Media operates in aviation advisory and media / strategic communications, and is part of a group driving an ecological restoration and rural development initiative currently active in the Western Ghats region of Karnataka. As Personal Secretary, you will be second-in-command to the CEO — moving fluidly between boardrooms with UHNIs and power circles, and grassroots meetings with field teams and community leaders. You will begin with a hands-on training period embedded with the ongoing field project in the Mangalore / Western Ghats area, then return to Hyderabad to lead the replication of this model across Telangana, with a particular focus on tribal belts, river delta regions, and other underserved areas of the state. This is not a desk job. You will travel directly with the CEO, attending corporate meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and events across India. Home is your base. Travel is your office.

Training & Deployment Path•      Phase 1 — Field Training: Embed with the existing Mangalore / Western Ghats project to learn on-ground execution — community mobilisation, field team coordination, booth/village-level structures, and reporting systems

•      Phase 2 — Telangana Rollout: Relocate focus to Hyderabad and lead implementation of the same model across Telangana

•      Priority geographies within Telangana: tribal belts (e.g. Adilabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Mulugu and similar regions), river delta and riverine command areas (e.g. Godavari and Krishna basin areas), and other ecologically or economically underserved districts

•      Act as the CEO's on-ground extension while scaling the initiative from a single-region pilot into a statewide Telangana program

Key Responsibilities•      Travel with CEO for business meetings, field visits, events and reviews

•      Attend all meetings and capture decisions, action points, and follow-ups

•      Manage CEO's calendar, emails, and communications

•      Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and documents on the go

•      Coordinate with clients, partners, NGOs, and institutions

•      Support setup and coordination of the Telangana field structure, drawing directly on lessons from the Western Ghats training phase

•      Represent the CEO's office confidently in corporate and social settings

Candidate Profile•      Female, Age 24–40

•      Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana

•      Willing to undertake an initial training deployment in Mangalore / Western Ghats, Karnataka, followed by extensive travel across Telangana with CEO, including multi-day outstation trips

•      Prior experience in hospitality, airlines, events, or field corporate roles preferred

•      Smart, well-groomed, and professionally presentable

•      Confident, mature, and discreet in professional settings

•      Languages: Telugu, English, Hindi — Kannada a strong plus (for the training phase)

•      Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email, and digital tools

•      Prior experience as PS / EA / PA preferred
